Ordering & Shipping Policies


ORDERING

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size, color, and detail. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variations between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork has not been deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

How is my payment handled?

Payments are taken through Square in US dollars. You do not need to have a Square account to purchase; you can use the Square service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Can I cancel my order?

All print-on-demand sales are final. Sales of original art can be canceled prior to shipping. It may take 7 days for an order to be shipped. Please contact jerrycrash@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order for original art.


What is your policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

I am a small business and as all prints and products are made to order and, in most cases, cannot be resold, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Original artwork may be refunded if returned and undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me jerrycrash@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions.

If your prints, zines, stickers, merch, or original art arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photos of the packaging, label, and damaged product, then contact jerrycrash@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions.

SHIPPING

Shipping is handled by USPS and the estimate is calculated at checkout. I only ship out on weekends so please allow 5-7 days for the processing of your order.

Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order is ready. Nothing ships early or separately, so please place separate orders if you need in-stock items sooner.

I offer USPS Media Mail as a cheaper shipping option for all printed media orders: zines, books, and other paper-based stuff I make. Media Mail keeps costs low, but it can take 3–10 business days to arrive.

Media Mail Shipping (For Zines & Books Only)

Important: Media Mail is only for printed media. (Well, it can be for sound stuff like vinyl & CD, but don’t carry any of that… yet).
If your order includes stickers, stationery, prints, buttons, fingerboards, or anything that’s not strictly “media,” Media Mail won’t show up at checkout. That’s a USPS rule, not me being weird.

If you want the fastest delivery or you’re snagging mixed merch, choose Ground Advantage or one of the other standard options.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted, once you get to the checkout, you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like, and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labor, and transit fees. To help cover possible import-related costs(like brokerage or customs processing) we include a handling fee (5%) at checkout for international orders. This helps ensure smooth delivery and fewer surprises on arrival. The handling fee is not a guarantee that there will be no additional fees, but it helps offset potential import costs.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
