As soon as I put some arms on this I got really excited. The mutation of this got me a bit closer to what Bäst was doing w/ his collages. I've been trying to capture that kind of bizarre energy from the beginning and this is really close to my goal. It became a figurative personification/illustration of the hidden message. This Rebirth series wasn't really about any one thing at the start, but more and more it became about expectations and the remarkable damage that they can cause. Fun! Weird! Make Anyone Do Anything! Be of Good Cheer!
This is an original one-of-a-kind collage and there may be some light paper buckling, paper damage, and an uneven surface. It's fixed with light acrylic spray and stamped, signed, and dated on the back.
Notes on pricing: The 3 main price brackets are paper collage, paper collage on a painted background, and paper collage on color-painted background with painted foreground.
Key/ Fave/ Milestones are priced slightly higher for their respective bracket. Just like in comic book collecting a key is usually the first in a series or when a new method of thinking is introduced.
